This stylish pair of town houses in Melbourne’s east has respectfully introduced a new genre of housing stock to these leafy streets.
The forms and massing sit comfortably within the surrounding context and the neutral colour palette and combination of materials compliment the streetscapes.
Sited on a corner block, the main entry for the pair of dwellings is through a large portal which enhances the sense of arrival. Maintaining privacy was a key factor in the design, so whilst making the most of land area with skilful planning, each residence is quite independent of the other.Within, each home is flooded with light and an internal void allows interconnection between spaces.
