Three town houses have been designed to reinvigorate this suburban block.

The careful consideration of materials is the essence of this project. Bricks take centre stage, their familiar scale and texture setting the scene, and their white surface countering the weight of their mass and brightening the streetscape. The expanses of white brick wall act as a perfect canvas for the greenery.

Juxtaposed with the white bricks is a palette of dark cladding, creating a striking delineation between elements and yet overall harmony of composition.

The brightness of the bricks is reinforced internally with an abundance of natural light.

Despite the tight suburban context, the privacy of occupants was of utmost importance in the design.
